Can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order only when your tickets are sent by registered mail. You should contact the post office with the barcode our customer service can provide.

Methods of payment

Q: When will my tickets be sent?

If you have opted for eTicket, you will receive your tickets in your mailbox upon receipt and confirmation of your payment. Your eTickets are at any time available in "My account" https://www.ticketmaster.be/myAccount. If you have elected to receive your tickets by post, they will be sent to the postal address in your customer account after receipt and confirmation of your payment. There may be a specific delivery time assigned to some events. In those cases details will be communicated on our website.

Bancontact

Ticketmaster.be accepts payments by Bancontact card, by the Payconiq by Bancontact-app or by your bank app.

If you opt to pay by Bancontact card, you should enter your card number and its expiration date. This will allow you to proceed with your payment within the framework of your trusted bank environment.
The payment is fast and safe. In order to provide maximum data protection, we use 3D-Secure authentication for all payments by Bancontact. Click here for more detailed information.

If you opt to pay by the Payconiq by Bancontact-app, or by your own bank app from a desktop computer, you will be guided to the payment page. A QR code will be generated that you need to scan using the app. Mobile payments require the opening of the app.

Credit card / Debit card

Ticketmaster.be accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.

Enter your card’s number, security code and date of expiration. In order to provide maximum data protection, we may use 3D-Secure authentication for some of these payments. Click here for more information on 3D-secure.

PayPal

When you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be guided to PayPal’s website. You can then execute the payment by means of your PayPal account.

iDeal

This method of payment is available to anyone with a valid Dutch bank card. You will be guided to your bank’s website, to execute your paymentin a safe and timely way.

Apple Pay

Ticketmaster.be accepts Apple Pay for payment with a compatible Apple Watch, iPad, iPhone and Mac on the web in Safari. Further details on specific device models supported can be found on the Apple support page.

Ticketmaster Gift Card

When you opt for a payment by Gift Card, you should enter the 16-digit Gift Card number, together with the a 3-digit security code. If the value of the Gift Card does not cover the total cost, a second Gift Card may be used, with a maximum of 4. It is also possible to pay the difference using one of our other payment options.

Please note that Gift Cards cannot be used on Ticketmaster.be to buy resale tickets.

Klarna

Klarna offers a new, safe, payment method via your own bank account. Thanks to Klarna, you have 30 days to pay your order. If you choose for Klarna additional costs might be charged.

Does Ticketmaster.be provide a safe payment environment?

Yes. For our online card payments we use 3DS 2.0, designed to counter fraud and to facilitate genuine transactions. The Payconiq by Bancontact app, PayPal, iDeal and payments via Klarna also live up tot he highest standards in fraud prevention.

Does Ticketmaster.be accept Gift Cards as a method of payment?

Yes, we offer the Ticketmaster Gift Card. You may purchase our Gift Cards in all Belgian MediaMarkt shops, or online through ticketmaster.be/giftcards.

When will my tickets be sent?

After you’ve paid your order, you will find your tickets in your mailbox, in the Ticketmaster app and in your account at Ticketmaster.be. To avoid unethical secondary ticketing and fraudulous resale, your tickets will only be available in the Ticketmaster App (or in your account) closer to the time of the show.
