  • My tickets

  • Am I allowed to resell my tickets?

We don’t recommend reselling tickets, but we understand that for some reason you have too many tickets and that this can be annoying. There are websites that resell tickets, but we cannot guarantee the reliability of these sites. The tickets are in your name and if there are issues (tickets being resold more than once, forged tickets and so on) you may be prosecuted. For this reason we advise you to only resell your tickets to people you trust. By doing so, you can be certain that no offences will be committed. We would also like to point out that it is illegal to sell tickets for more than the price specified on the ticket.

  • Can I still change my tickets?

Unfortunately, as soon as your order is validated and paid for, we can no longer change the order. For postponements and circumstances beyond your control, you can contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone.

  • My name is on my tickets, but someone else is going to the concert. Will that be a problem?

That is not a problem (unless it has been mentioned explicitly for a specific event). The name of the person whose account was used to order the tickets is on every ticket that ticketmaster.be issues. You can order several tickets for one order, but the name will always be the same. Note: we can you only guarantee this if you bought your tickets directly on our platform. If the ticket was bought elsewhere or from someone else, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the ticket. For more information, you can contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone.

  • My tickets are lost/were stolen. What do I need to do?

No worries, we always have a solution. Please get in touch with our customer service by e-mail or telephone before the day of the event. Make sure you have your order number at hand when you do so. Our staff will look for an appropriate solution for your situation.

Verify that our e-mail containing your tickets does not end up in your spam folder.
You can also find your electronic tickets under my account, enabling you to download and reprint them if needed.

Have you opted to receive your tickets by mail?

We mail tickets as quickly as possible, within two weeks of the reception of your payment. If you have not received your tickets after those two weeks, please contact us. Don’t forget to mention your order number, address and payment details.

  • How can I order a wheelchair space?

Most of our events have places available for people with mobility limitations. To book one of these places, you need to buy a ticket for the person with limited mobility and their companion.
To do so, please contact our customer service at the following address: groups@ticketmaster.be, or at 070 223 193 (€0.3/min).
Careful: some events that use a custom-made stage may limit the number of people accompanying a person in a wheelchair to 1.
