Pink dots are resale tickets, which, in other words, are offered for resale by fans. Since these fans can determine a new price themselves, it may happen that the price differs from other resale tickets or from regular tickets.
Blue dots are regular, primary tickets. These tickets have a fixed price, by the event organization.
It is also possible that you see dark blue dots (these are Official Platinum Tickets) or yellow dots (these are VIP packages). For these types of tickets the price differs as well from both regular or resale tickets.

Tickets on our resale platform are offered for resale by other fans. They decide how many tickets they want to offer for resale. Since you buy these resale tickets directly from another fan, it is unfortunately not possible to purchase two or more offers from different fans at the same time.

After paying for a ticket on the resale platform, it takes up to 4 hours before the ticket is in your account.
You can't find the ticket in your account after 4 hours? Please contact us.
You've bought your resale ticket less than 4 hours Ago? Please wait a little longer, you will most likely receive your ticket shortly.

The service costs we charge cover the costs of our services, including our resale platform. When someone buys a ticket from us, the price you see is the total price, including the service fee already included in the face value of the ticket. Ticketmaster does not retain a percentage and has no influence on the determination of the face value of the ticket. The service fee is used to cover the costs of our own business operations, e.g. security technology, customer service, payment supplier fees, etc... With this revenue, we can deliver the best possible experience when booking tickets and accessing events.
