The first thing to do is check the spam folder on the email account to which your e-Gift Card was sent. If you still can’t see the email, you can resend the e-Gift Card yourself by using the link in the order confirmation email (that you receive when you place an order). If you are still having issues you can try amending the address that the e-Gift Card is being sent to, or you can contact voucherexpress@ticketmastergiftcard.com for assistance. Remember to include your order reference so we can find your order.

Refunds are available for unused Gift Cards up to 14 days after they are purchased.

The Gift Card number is the long number in the middle on the back of your physical Gift Card. For an e-Gift Card, the Gift Card number will be contained in the PDF that you receive by email once you follow the link to collect your e-Gift Card.

The security number/PIN is on the back of your physical Gift Card, on the right. For your security it will be covered with a scratch panel which you should only remove when you are ready to redeem your Gift Card.

The Ticketmaster Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment in the purchase of tickets, and many of the associated services and merchandise sold online at Ticketmaster.

Select the tickets for your event and proceed to the checkout page. On the checkout please select Gift Card as the method of payment. Enter the 19-digit Gift Card number, and the 3-digit security number/PIN. If there is still an outstanding balance once you have entered your Gift Card, you can either enter another Gift Card or select another method of payment (credit/debit card), until the total balance is cleared, and the booking is complete.

Yes, you can make part payment with your Gift Card and make up the balance with a credit or debit card.

Yes, you can use your Gift Card to pay for multiple bookings until either the balance on the card reaches zero or the card expires.

Yes, on the checkout you can select Gift Card as a method of payment, just as you would on the Ticketmaster website.

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible. The Universe website and checkout are separate to Ticketmaster, and we are therefore currently unable to accept Ticketmaster Gift Card’s on Universe.

Our Gift Cards can only be used in the country that they are purchased from. For example, BE Gift Cards can only be used on www.ticketmaster.be.

A Ticketmaster e-Gift Card will be sent via email and you will have the ability to download a PDF version, which you can save for your convenience.
A physical Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen, so it's very important that you keep them safe until you're ready to make a booking. -
Yes, Ticketmaster Gift Cards expire 12 months after purchase. The expiry date is set when the card is purchased. If you need to check your cards expiry date, you can find it by using the balance check page here.

1.1 By purchasing, using or attempting to use a Gift Card:
- (a) you accept and agree that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions; and
- (b) you acknowledge that you have read and understood the information concerning the Ticketmaster privacy policy.
1.2 If you give another person permission to use the Gift Card, the relevant -
2.1 The Gift Card is issued by Ticketmaster BV, a private company with limited liability incorporated under Belgian law, having its registered office at Esplanade 1 B33, 1020 Brussels, Belgium
2.2 The Gift Card has a monetary value that is paid in advance at the outlet. It is not a credit card, charge card, cheque guarantee card or debit card, and no interest will be paid on the balance on the Gift Card.
2.3 The Gift Card is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
2.4 The Gift Card cannot be repaid and cannot be returned, except insofar as statutory rights provide for that, for example in the event of defects or in the circumstances as described in Article 6. The Gift Card cannot be cancelled. Only the buyer of the Gift Card can get a refund.
2.5 The Gift Card does not have a repayment value and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can an advance payment in cash be made for any portion of the balance loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of its purchase.
2.6 The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for another currency or another type of Gift Card, nor can the combined balance of two or more Gift Cards be transferred to a new Ticketmaster Gift Card.
2.7 Once the balance that was loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of its purchase has been used, the Gift Card cannot be loaded again.
2.8 A faulty or damaged Gift Card cannot be replaced with a new Gift Card, unless the faultiness or damage can be proved to be a consequence of the production -
3.1 Gift Cards can be purchased from Ticketmaster online, via www.ticketmaster.be or from Participating Outlets.
3.2 The Gift Card will be activated and made ready for use at the outlet. However, it may take up to three working days for a Gift Card or e-Gift Card to be activated and beomce ready for use. -
4.1 The Gift Card can only be used to pay for tickets to events taking place in Belgium, as well as for related products and services sold by Ticketmaster.be ('Ticketmaster Products'). You cannot use the Gift Card to purchase cancellation insurance, resale tickets when resale is activated, purchase of goods and/or services other than Ticketmaster Products, or to pay for goods and/or services offered on third-party websites, even when linked to from Ticketmaster.be.
4.2 The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase insurance for tickets or goods or services other than Ticketmaster products.
4.3 The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase tickets for events outside of Belgium.

5.1 When purchasing products with the Gift Card, you will not receive change. Any remainder of the balance that was loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of its purchase will remain on the Gift Card for use at a later stage, in accordance with these conditions. The amount on the Gift Card can be spent online, in full or in part, via www.ticketmaster.be (insofar as this is available).
5.2 The balance on the Gift Card can only be used on www.ticketmaster.be and on no other website, not even on websites that are linked to or referred to on Ticketmaster.be (such as Ticketmaster.nl, Ticketmaster.de and Billetnet.dk).
5.3 The Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the balance that is loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of its purchase. However, you can also pay a portion of the Ticketmaster products using the Gift Card, and the rest using other accepted means of payment (such as credit cards or debit cards). For online purchases on Ticketmaster.be, any balances on the Gift Card must be used up before another means of payment will be accepted as payment for the residual value of the transaction.
5.4 If you use the Gift Card for online transactions, you will need the three-digit security code on the back of the Gift Card to complete the transaction. For purchases with an e-Gift Card, you need to use the three-digit security code stated in the e-mail through which you received the e-Gift Card.
5.5 The amount of the Gift Card can also be spent in certain shops that have access to the Ticketmaster ticketing system, have the equipment required to accept credit card and debit card payments and have entered into a participation agreement with Ticketmaster ('Participating Outlet'). Ticketmaster.be contains a list of participating outlets in Belgium. E-Gift Cards cannot be used at participating outlets.
5.6 Ticketmaster cannot confirm or guarantee that the Gift Card will always be accepted by the participating outlets.
5.7 You agree to Ticketmaster deducting the amount for all the Ticketmaster products purchased for which you have given your permission from the balance on the Gift Card. You give your permission for a transaction:- (a) by providing the details of the Gift Card requested by an employee of the Ticketmaster customer service or on the Ticketmaster website; and
- (b) – in the case of an e-Gift Card – by entering your three-digit security code or giving an employee or another person permission to do so.
5.8 By giving your permission for a transaction:- (a) you confirm that you agree to paying the purchase price of the Ticketmaster product(s) acquired; and
- (b) you agree to pay that purchase price by having it deducted from the balance that is loaded onto the Gift Card at the time of the purchase.
5.9 You acknowledge that the Gift Card may not be used to purchase goods or services that Ticketmaster may not provide to you (for example: if you are under the age of 18, you are forbidden by law to attend certain events or purchase certain products from Ticketmaster). -
6.1 If you have purchased a Gift Card online and have entered into an agreement as a consumer, the following rights apply: You can cancel the purchase of the Gift Card and require full restitution of the amount paid for a period of 14 days, commencing on the day on which you receive an order confirmation from Ticketmaster in connection with the purchase of the Gift Card. Ticketmaster will also bear all the costs of delivery. However, you bear the costs of returning the Gift Card to Ticketmaster if it requests that you do so. If you wish to cancel the purchase of the Gift Card, you must contact the customer service within the term of 14 days. You will have to state the assignment number that you received at the time of the purchase (this number is stated in the email containing the assignment confirmation).

7.1 You can use the Gift Card to purchase Ticketmaster products in the twelve months following its purchase.
7.2 After this twelve-month period following the date of the purchase, you can no longer use the Gift Card (even if it still contains (some of) the balance loaded onto it at the time of its purchase), nor can you require repayment of any balance left on it.
7.3 After expiry of the term of validity of the Gift Card, any balances on the Gift Card will expire. -
8.1 You can check the balance on the Gift Card at any time.

9.1 You must treat the Gift Card like you would treat cash. In the event of loss, the Gift Card will not be replaced, and any balance will be lost.
9.2 You must keep the number of the Gift Card and the three-digit security code safe at all times, and should not communicate it to anyone other than Ticketmaster or employees of Participating Outlets. -
10.1 Ticketmaster can terminate this agreement, cancel the Gift Card or refuse a transaction if it suspects that the Gift Card is being used in a fraudulent, improper or unlawful manner, or if it has reason to assume that you are in breach of this agreement.
10.2 If a transaction with the Gift Card requires investigation, you are obliged to cooperate with Ticketmaster, the police and any other authorised bodies that request your cooperation.
10.3 Ticketmaster is authorised to cancel the Gift Card and/or terminate this agreement at all times and repay any balances, provided that it informs you of this thirty days in advance. The Gift Card remains the property of Ticketmaster. -
11.1 Any personal details that you provide in connection with the Gift Card will be processed in accordance with the Ticketmaster privacy policy, which can be consulted on www.ticketmaster.be. It is important that you carefully read and understand this information.

12.1 You are responsible for the use and the safety of the Gift Card and liable for any transactions for which the Gift Card is used (except in the event of fraud or negligence on the part of Ticketmaster or its employees). In the event of theft or loss of the Gift Card, or if you suspect that the Gift Card has been used for a transaction for which you have not given your permission, you must immediately report this to the customer service.
12.2 Ticketmaster accepts no liability for loss, theft, destruction or improper use of Gift Cards, unless this is the result of negligence on the part of Ticketmaster.
12.3 Ticketmaster cannot be held liable for loss of turnover, use, profit, expected profit, contracts, income, goodwill or expected savings; loss of details or of use of details; or consequential loss, extraordinary loss or indirect loss, including if it has been informed of the possibility of such loss.
12.4 To the extent permitted by law, Ticketmaster is not liable towards you for any loss (either direct or consequential loss) and will not be in default under these Terms and Conditions in the event that it fails to comply with any obligation in connection with the Gift Card if the cause thereof is an event that it could not reasonably have controlled or prevented. Such events include natural disasters, acts or omissions on the part of governments or government institutions, strikes or other business-related action, fires, floods, storms, riots, power shortages or cuts, disruption due to acts of war and other actions or omissions on the part of third parties.
12.5 Without prejudice to the conditions of this agreement, Ticketmaster's liability towards you is limited to the amount of the balance on the Gift Card if one of the following events takes place (in which case the earliest of these events applies):- (a) the Gift Card is cancelled by Ticketmaster;
- (b) this agreement is terminated by Ticketmaster;
- (c) the term of validity of the Gift Card expires.
12.6 Nothing in this agreement serves to exclude or limit liability for:
- (a) death or personal injury due to negligence;
- (b) deliberate deception;
- (c) any other form of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13.1 Ticketmaster will be authorised to amend the conditions of this agreement by publishing an amended version on www.ticketmaster.be at all times, if such amendment:
- (a) is made in connection with the introduction or development of new systems, working methods, services or facilities (including but not limited to the addition or cancellation of goods and services that can be paid for with the Gift Card);
- (b) is made in connection with a change in or expected change in market conditions, general good practice or the costs of the services to Ticketmaster's customers;
- (c) serves to implement a contractual, statutory or administrative stipulation or an order that is binding on Ticketmaster;
- (d) serves to guarantee conformity with or act in anticipation of changes in the law or taxation, codes of conduct or recommendations of the Belgian Authority for the Financial Markets or another supervisory body;
- (e) serves to guarantee prudent and competitive business operations;
- (f) serves to implement a judgement of a tribunal, ombudsman or supervisory authority or comparable body with jurisdiction in legal or commercial matters to which Ticketmaster is subject;
- (g) serves to make the conditions of this agreement more reasonable or clearer to you;
- (h) serves to correct any mistakes that might come to light at any stage; or
- (i) takes place with your permission.

14.1 Ticketmaster failing to exercise a right or seek a remedy under this agreement or failing to do so immediately may not be interpreted as Ticketmaster waiving that right or remedy and does not stand in the way of Ticketmaster exercising this right or seeking this remedy at a later stage.
14.2 If any stipulation in this agreement is deemed to be unenforceable or unlawful, the other stipulations will remain in full force.
14.3 Third parties that are not a party to this agreement are not authorised to rely on any stipulation thereof.
14.4 This agreement and any differences and claims arising from it or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are subject to Belgian law. You irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian court in respect of any claims or proceedings arising from or in connection with this agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
