By European law, tickets are normally not covered by the right to withdraw. However, with Fan Guarantee we provide you with the option to refund your purchase within 24 hours of the time of purchase. It is not possible to refund tickets if there are less than 14 days to the event. Return of right is not possible for tickets transferred via Ticket Transfer or sold through Ticket Resale. If you have purchased several tickets for an event but everyone in your party will not be arriving at the same time, you can use Ticket Transfer to transfer the tickets before the event takes place. With Ticket Resale you have the opportunity to sell your tickets via ticketmaster.be - directly from fan to fan. We handle the entire transaction, and we guide you through the entire process – from transferring the ticket to receiving payment. When you sell your tickets through us, you easily reach thousands of fans and you decide the price of the ticket(s) (which, however, according to European law must not be higher than face value). Your buyer is guaranteed official tickets, as Ticketmaster is responsible for the entire transaction. With Resale, both seller and buyer are guaranteed an easy and smooth experience.
